My credit card was billed multiple times for the same purchase.

Multiple purchases happen on rare occasions when the purchaser accidentally hits the "complete purchase" button in quick succession during checkout. We have a system in place that automatically detects double charges and other billing errors. Once the flagged billing activity has been reviewed by a human, most double charges are immediately voided or refunded. Refunds take a few days to be reflected on your credit card statement.

If you think this has happened and we didn't catch it, please contact customer support and we'll check it out. If this has happened, we'll issue a refund immediately.
