We hang with North Shore power surfer Pancho Sullivan during a key slice of time in the big man's career -- at the end of the 2005 WQS season as he's wrapping up his bid to become the oldest rookie on the World Championship Tour. We're with him as he wins at Haleiwa -- his first Vans Triple Crown contest win -- follow him to Sunset where he clinches his WCT birth, and stay with him through the Pipeline Masters, where he attempts to cap off his run by winning the overall Triple Crown title. Other events that happen during our time with Pancho include a benefit to raise money for the Pupukea/Pamalu project that Pancho spearheads with a group of friends including Jack Johnson, who is also on Pancho's team at the 4th annual kickball tournament along with Kelly Slater and Tamayo and Emilia Perry. To top it all off, Pancho journeys to the beautiful Caroline Islands in Micronesia with friend and pro surfer Myles Padaca for a few pits in paradise.
