Episode Summary
Australia's Gold Coast in the southeast corner of Queensland is known for hollow waves on perfect sandbars. Some of these waves are man made and South Stradbroke Island is one of these spots. Progressive longboard surfing is being pushed deeper into the barrel and many of the sports best show up to have a go whenever Stratty turns on.
The tube is what surfers consider the ultimate proving ground and they are always in search of it. Although the boards these guys ride may be bigger than the waves themselves, progressive longboarding always has a legitimate spot in the line-up and South Stradbroke Island offers the venue to test the stress.
