My downloaded purchase(s) disappeared from the Podcasts app on my iPad or iPhone, how do I get them back?
The Podcasts app may be set to only keep a select number of "unplayed episodes." If this is the case the app will automatically remove your purchases after they have been viewed. Please verify the following Podcast settings.
After you have confirmed the settings please see Article 164: Re-populate purchase feed Podcasts App.
1. Open Settings Control Panel

2. Scroll down left pane and tap on Podcasts

3. Adjust the following settings:
Sync Subscriptions: Off
Auto-Downloads: Off
Episodes to Keep: All

Sync Subscriptions: Off
Auto-Downloads: Off
Episodes to Keep: All
