Why has my download been disabled?
Once a purchased video has been successfully been downloaded we disable further downloading of that product. If technical issues arise during the download process our automated system may flag your account and disable downloading as a precautionary security measure.
If you are notified by email that a download has been disabled and you are experiencing a technical issue or believe you received the message in error. Please contact customer support and we will help resolve the issue.
